Join Lauren Aloisio (New Moon Wellness) and Janet Williams (House of Healing Connection) for a magical soundscape of reiki infused crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes & more to reset, retune and realign your mind, body and soul. Sound healing is a meditative practice of calming the body and mind through the immersion of sound. Reiki is the transference of life force energy, helping us feel realigned and balanced.

Lauren + Janet will guide the group to set intentions and lead a meditation and reiki infused sound healing to help you feel refreshed, rejuvenated and cleansed. Participants may also receive hands on reiki if they choose.

**Please bring anything to maximize your comfort such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and an eye covering.
